Thursday 22nd June 2017 – Book Online Now
Writing and managing a blog is one of the best ways to release meaningful content about you or your business onto the web without having to compromise on the number of words you can use, or the way your work is presented, as is often the case with the vast majority of other social media tools.
It can support your search engine marketing, provide fuel for your other social media activity, and allow you to develop an audience that will actively consume and share your articles with their own contacts and wider online communities.
It can only do those things, and more, if you are geared up properly to give it the care and attention that it deserves and have the knowledge needed to make sure your work is easy to publish and gets found by people once it is.
This blogging training class will cover:
- An introduction to blogging & how to choose the right blog service (e.g. Blogger, WordPress)
- Creating a content plan and organising your time and resources
- The anatomy of great articles and posts
- How blogging can support your search engine marketing
- How to use blogging with other social media services
- Getting your blog out there in other ways
- Managing comments and audience feedback
This introduction to blogging workshop closes with a general discussion session, to make sure everything has been understood and all your questions are answered.
The course lasts around 4 hours, with plenty of refreshments available throughout. All of our blogging training workshops are run from Yorkshire locations.
The price for a place on this course is only £65.00 (+ VAT), and discounts are available if you book more than one place or are booking on other courses that we are also running. Early Bird tickets are also available and you can save £15 off the price by booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
